Sweet maple syrup meets spicy brown mustard to create the perfect glaze for broiled salmon! This maple mustard glazed salmon cooks in under 10 minutes and will melt in your mouth!

Maple Mustard Glazed Salmon

  • 4 (6 ounce) wild salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Sir Kensington’s Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper


In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except salmon. Pour over salmon in a shallow dish and marinate in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Preheat broiler and place oven rack 4 inches away from heat. Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spoon remaining marinade over each fillet. Broil for 5 minutes, then cover loosely with foil and broil and additional 5 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Enjoy salmon served on a bed of mixed greens.
