Ingredients
- 4 (6 ounce) wild salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Sir Kensington’s Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except salmon. Pour over salmon in a shallow dish and marinate in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat broiler and place oven rack 4 inches away from heat. Place salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spoon remaining marinade over each fillet. Broil for 5 minutes, then cover loosely with foil and broil and additional 5 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Enjoy salmon served on a bed of mixed greens.
