HOLIDAY GIFT GUIDE: Stocking Stuffers
FA LA LA! The holidays are officially here! I’ve been working super hard to bring you my first Holiday Gift Guide in a 4 part series with different themes where I showcase products from some of my favorite companies. I’ll post each themed guide one at a time over the next few weeks, so you will still have time to shop! Did you miss the first 3 guides? Check them out: All Things Charcoal, Splurge Worthy, and Everyday Favs.
1.Good Day Chocolate | 2. Dry Brush | 3. Phat Fudge | 4. Nighty Night Tea / Cordyceps Mushroom Elixir | 5. Geo Drop Gold Earrings | 6. Project Juice Wellness Shots | 7. Hurraw Lip Balm | 8. Real Salt Pocket Shaker
Chocolate with Benefits! I’m loving the SLEEP (with melatonin) and CALM (with magnesium) ones especially for when I travel and have a hard time unwinding and falling asleep when away from home. They also have Turmeric, Vitamin D3, Energy (with caffeine), and Probiotics. You can also find a display at Whole Foods at most check out counters.
2. Dry Brush
Dry brushing promotes circulation and helps move your lymphatic system, plus is a great skin exfoliator! I have this hand held dry brush as well as one for my face, and one with a long handle to get to those hard to reach spots!
3. Phat Fudge (gf/paleo/keto friendly and delicious!)
I take these with me when I travel whether it’s on a road trip or when I fly. (I even brought these to Europe with me!) They are a great source of energy with healthy fats to keep you satiated. And they’re made by my friend/all around badass, Mary, The Paleo Chef.
Nighty Night with Valerian: I try to drink a cup of this tea every night before bed. It helps me relax, I love the ritual, and I get a good night’s sleep!
Cordyceps Mushroom Elixir is great for a caffeine free/non-coffee afternoon pick me up! Adaptogens like mushrooms have so many health benefits, I can’t possibly list them all here. Check out their website for all things shrooms!
These earrings from Marrin Costello are my new favs and I’ve been wearing them everyday! I met Marrin a few weeks ago at an event and she is just the loveliest boss babe ever! Can’t wait to add a few more classic pieces to my jewelry collection! I absolutely love supporting small businesses, local artists, and creatives who are so passionate about what they do.
6. Project Juice Wellness Shots (15% OFF webstore, use code: FEISTY)
Need a quick pick me up but don’t want a whole fresh pressed juice? I love these little wellness shots that pack a nutrient dense punch! As you’ve probably seen me share on my Instagram stories whenever I’m in San Francisco, PJ is usually one of my first stops. I love the Turmeric Tonic and Liver Flush but they have other cool ones like an Immunity Boost and Tummy Tonic. They have locations in the SF Bay Area and Orange County – PLUS – they ship Nationwide!!!
7. Hurraw Lip Balm
I literally have a lip balm on me at all times, whether it’s in my jeans pocket or in my purse or in the console of my car! I love these raw, vegan and organic balms that keep my lips super smooth and hydrated! I get a lot of mine at local health food stores, so check there first, but I’ve linked to them on Amazon here for you to see all the flavors! I probably have about 12 of them and love them all! These are always on my Christmas wishlist for my stocking, just ask my fam!
8. Real Salt Pocket Shaker
Here’s another staple item that goes with me everywhere, even Yosemite hiking and in Europe! I love the convenient little travel size cuz it’s great for throwing in your purse and taking to a restaurant, or keeping in your gym bag to help replace those electrolytes. I’ve collaborated on some recipes with Real Salt over this year and can’t say enough good things about them and their product. It’s America’s Pink Salt and it’s mined in Utah. Check out their website for all their products that I love and use daily.
Okay, that’s a wrap! I had fun sharing all my fav stocking stuffer ideas with you! Happy shopping!! Oh, and comment on my most recent Instagram post if you have any questions at all!
