FA LA LA! The holidays are officially here! I’ve been working super hard to bring you my first Holiday Gift Guide in a 4 part series with different themes where I showcase products from some of my favorite companies. 1. Beautycounter Charcoal Cleansing Bar

Hands down my favorite everyday face cleanser for my shower. Charcoal is a natural toxin remover and helps draw out the impurities in your skin. It’s unscented and a perfect gift for the guys in your life too! TIP: Use this soap rest in the shower and keep out of the water stream – it keeps the bar dry and will help it last forever! Mine lasted almost a whole year!

I’ve been using natural deodorants for the past several years now and Primally Pure is one of my fav brands. Most regular deodorants/anti-perspirants contain hormone disrupting ingredients. Ew. Charcoal helps with detoxifying and deodorizing, so it’s a great ingredient for a natural deodorant!

3. Beautycounter Balancing + Charcoal Mask

Love this charcoal face mask! It’s perfect for oily skin and if you have clogged pores. This mask plus the charcoal cleansing bar have made such a huge difference in my skin. The mask has kaolin clay in it to help purify and balance oils in your skin. The charcoal helps minimize the appearance of your pores and the salicylic acid helps with exfoliation! TIP: I use this flat makeup brush to apply the mask on my face. I just put about a quarter size of the mask into a small glass bowl then apply with the brush. Not only does it feel nice going on, using the brush helps use less product and your mask will last longer!

4. Boscia Black Charcoal Blotting Linens

Perfect for getting rid of that excess shine throughout the day! I’ve been using blotting linens for YEARS, and I love that these have bamboo charcoal in them for that extra absorption and removing impurities!

5. Redmond Earthpaste Peppermint with Charcoal

Toothpaste is another personal care product that can typically have lots of crappy ingredients in it. I love this toothpaste soooo much! Redmond Earthpaste and Earthpowder use clay as the main ingredient. They don’t add any foaming agents, coloring, glycerin, or fluoride! I’ve been using the peppermint with charcoal since charcoal helps remove and absorb stains. I alternate between the paste version and the powder version. The powder version is great for traveling too!

6. Bulletproof Coconut Charcoal

This is probably my #1 favorite supplement to carry with me at all times. Literally, I have a little baggy of these in my purse when I go out to restaurants and especially make sure to have them if I’m out enjoying adult beverages! The activated coconut charcoal absorbs toxins and is a lifesaver if you have a gluten intolerance like I do. I brought these to Europe with me when I was at Oktoberfest in Munich and had ZERO problems digesting the gluten in the beer and pretzels! I also have gotten about a dozen people hooked on this supplement! Also helps with reducing that gassy bloated feeling after eating something that might not agree with you. PLUS, it’s perfect for limiting any hangover type effects of drinking alcohol. I always take 1-2 either while drinking, or before I go to sleep and wake up feeling great!

7. Project Juice Black Magic

How fun is drinking black lemonade?! I love this drink for a fun little detoxifying fresh pressed juice that lightly sweetened. I’ve even tried to mimic this recipe at home and it’s delish!

8. Natroair Charcoal Air Purifying Bag

Fav thing to put in my car, gym bag, refrigerator, and bedroom closet to help absorb excess moisture, odors and even sweat.
