1. Berkey Shower Filter with Massaging Head
Since our skin absorbs everything that comes in contact with, that means the water that we shower in everyday too. Most people know of the importance of consuming filtered water, but we often don’t think about the water we shower in. This shower filter reduces chlorine and chemical absorption and has several settings for how you’d prefer the water pressure! I bought this over a year ago when I got my Berkey Water Filter and I’ve been loving it.
2. Four Barrel ‘Fuck It’ Mug
I’m sure you’ve seen me post pics of this mug over the past several years that I’ve owned it! It’s been one of my fav conversation pieces when I have company over to drink coffee or tea and I usually end up gifting a mug to them on their birthdays or they buy one themselves! Four Barrel is my fav coffee shop in the Mission District in San Francisco. I go there multiple times on every SF visit! I may or may not have a growing collection of Four Barrel coffee mugs and always look forward to the limited edition holiday mugs!
This is a nice alternative to gifting someone candles, although I still love my candles, it’s just hard to find healthier/non-toxic ones. I’ve been diffusing essential oils pretty much daily for the past 3 years and can’t imagine not having a diffuser. I even have a car diffuser and a travel diffuser for hotel rooms! If you’d like to know what brand of essential oils I use and how you can get them at wholesale, send me an email at hello @ thefeistykitchen . com (had to do it that way to avoid spammers!)
4. Bulletproof Collagen Protein
I’ve used this product everyday for the past 2+ years by incorporating it in my coffee, tea, soups, and smoothies. Great for hair, skin, nails, and healing leaking gut!
Did you know that dryer sheets are full of synthetic fragrances and chemical additives that are known hormone disruptors?! As part of my efforts to remove as many hormone disruptors as I can, swapping out dryer sheets for these wool dryer balls is a no brainer! Just toss a few of these dryer balls into your dryer with your clothes and let them do their thing! You can add a few drops of essential oils on them to freshen up the scent! I love lavender!
6. Bulletproof Brain Octane
I also use this daily in my bulletproof coffee/tea lattes that I whip up in my blender. Additionally, since it has a neutral flavor, I’ve used it to make homemade mayo and also put it in my guac for a boost! It’s basically a more intense version of MCT oil that’s a super concentrated coconut oil. I’ve also been known to bring the travel size bottle with me in my purse when I go out for sushi!
7. Healthy Human Insulated Tumbler
These are my fav travel mugs for keeping hot beverages HOT! Perfect for taking coffee, tea and bone broth on the go! I also am a huge fan of their water bottle canteens for keeping water super cold (or hot). I’ve had ice water in the 40 oz canteen outside when I play tennis in 115 F degrees and the ice barely melts!
8. TOM’S Del Rey Sneakers
I love these shoes so much that I bought a second pair in a different color! And, these were my primary walking shoes all through Europe a few months ago! They are super comfy and stylish!! I also love the mission of the company and am happy to support them buy purchasing their shoes!
Okay, that’s a wrap! I had fun sharing all my everyday fav products with you! Happy shopping!! Oh, and comment on my most recent Instagram post if you have any questions at all!
